Warm the water add in sugar and yeast and allow it to rest for about 10 minutes.

Mix the flour, proofed yeast and margarine. Add the milk in bits as you knead the dough till you get a good consistency that is not soggy.

Allow the dough to rest for about an hour. The longer the better

Roll out the dough and divide into four equal parts. Roll out the smaller pieces and cut them into quaters. Allow these to rest for atlist 30 minutes.

Heat your oil. When ready deep fry your dough to a good brown color.

Voila your snack is ready.
