  1. 250 gmsbitter gourd
  2. 1sp oil
  3. 1sp turmeric powder
  4. 1sp chilly powder
  5. 1sp chat masala
  6. 1/2sp jeera powder
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 1sp sugar optional
  9. 1sp lemon juice

  1. 1

    Wash the bitter gourd and cut into wheels add turmeric powder and salt mix keep aside for 5min.

    After that wash the bitter gourd wheels and dry.

    Heat oil add bitter gourd and fry till brown and crisp.

    Then add masalas and mix it well and serve as side dish.
