Firstly wash karela and put salt for some time to low down and its bitterness then wash it again and deep.fry them and cut in to small pieces.

Meanwhile take a utensil add 2 tablespoon oil then add cardamom to it, make a pyuri of tomatoes with green chilli and ginger, then add turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt simmer for 10 minutes on low flame untill oil comes in the sides.

Then add 1 glass water and piece of karela in the tomatao gravy. Simmer for 10 minutes on low flame.

Rasille karele.is ready to serve,garnish with coriander
