Wash the Karela.Peel and slit them. Apply 1 tbsp of Salt and keep it aside for one hour.Wash the karela again and squeeze with palms.

Heat oil in kadhai and fry Karela and keep aside.In a bowl add salt,red chilli powder,haldi, garam masala,dry mango powder and mix well.

Stuff masala in karela and cook for ten minutes on low flame till masala cook. Serve with roti, Parantha or side dish.
