Ingredients

  1. 5Long green chilli
  2. 2Cheese cubes
  3. 1 tspPeanut
  4. 1 tspCumin
  5. 1 tspRosemary (dried)
  6. 1 tspTomato sauce
  7. Oil for fry
  8. 1 cupwater with 1tsp salt
  9. 1 tbsCornflour
  10. 1 tbsGramdhal powder

Cooking Instructions

    Wash chilli, soak it in salt water for 20min and dry them on a kitchen towel

    In a pan, fry cumin seed, rosemary, peanut then crush and keep

  3. 3

    Take the cheese cubes, add crushed masala, tomato sauce and mix well with spoon

  4. 4

    Slightly slit the chillies, tap and take the seeds,

  5. 5

    Now stuff the prepared cheese paste inside with the help of back of small tsp

  6. 6

    Mix cornflour and gramdhal powder, roll the chills on it.

  7. 7

    Heat pan, pour oil for shallow fry, and fry the chillies on low medium flame. Turn gently,

    Serve with mayochep
