In a bowl crack two eggs stir and pour one cup of milk,stir them together and keep a side

In a large bowl, combine your flour,sugar,yeast,salt and butter mix very well.

Make a holl at the center and add the mix milk,mix together until a soft and sticky dough is formed.

Cover the dough and leave to rest for 15 minutes.Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes until it is soft and smooth.

Divide the dough into nine or twelve pieces.Use your fingers to flatter it out and roll it up tightly.

Cover the rolls with a clean kitchen towel and leave to rise in a warm place for 1 hour till it doubled in size.

Baked for 15 or 20 minutes or until it is golding brown.
