Ingredients

12 servings
  1. 121" pork loin chops
  2. 22 ozcan of cream of chicken
  3. 16 ozfresh sliced mushrooms
  4. 1/2 cupdijon mustard
  5. 1 tspsalt
  6. 1/2 tspblack pepper
  7. 2chopped onions
  8. 1 cupchicken broth

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 375

  2. 2

    Place the pork chops in a nonstick roasting pan or a foiled lined pan with nonstick spray roughly an inch apart.

  3. 3

    In a large bowl combine all of the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.

  4. 4

    Spoon all of the mixture over the pork chops evenly.

  5. 5

    Bake for one hour. or internal temperature of 145 deg F

  6. 6

    Allow five minutes to set and serve.
