Beef and Potato Sauce

Simple Tips
1. Do not overcook the potatoes else it will become mushy when you stir it.
2. Drain potatoes immediately after cooking. You may choose to lightly run it through tap or cold water in a colander in order to stop cooking process.
3. The spices and seasoning in the beef and broth are enough for the sauce, but you may increase it after addition of potatoes.

Parboil potatoes in salted water. Drain and set aside.

Cook beef with water, onions, seasoning and spices in a pot.

Add in carrots and more onions when the beef is cooked. Stir and cook for two more minutes.

Add in boiled and drained potatoes. Stir.

Make a corn flour paste by combining corn flour and water to make a runny mixture.

Lower heat. Add in mixture and stir properly. Close lid and allow to simmer for approximately two minutes.

Turn off heat and serve.
