Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 3 cupsstone free white rice
  2. 1 cupper boiled normal rice
  3. 2 tbspactive yeast
  4. 1/4 cupsugar
  5. Pinchsalt
  6. Medium size onion
  7. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash and soak the white rice for 4 hours

  2. 2

    Blend the soaked rice with the per boiled rice and onion in a blend

  3. 3

    Blend till it's very smooth then transfer into a bowl

  4. 4

    Mix the yeast with little water and add to the mixture

  5. 5

    Cover and keep in a warm place and allow it to rise for 1 hour

  6. 6

    After an hour add sugar and salt

  7. 7

    Heat the Tanda with some oil

  8. 8

    Add little water if the paste is thick

  9. 9

    Fry and enjoy with kulikuli, sugar or miyar taushe(groundnut soup) 😋
