Ingredients

9×11 dish
  • 1/2 cupsunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cuppumpkin kernels
  • 3 cupspeanut butter
  • 1 cupdiced dates
  • 1/3 cuphoney
  • 1 cupprotein powder
  • 1 1/2 cupschocolate chips

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine sunflower seeds, pumpkin kernels, peanut butter, dates, and honey.

  2. 2

    Press mixture into 9×11 baking dish.

  3. 3

    Microwave chocolate chips until melted. Pour evenly over peanut mixture.

  4. 4

    Put lid on container.

  5. 5

    Freeze overnight.

  6. 6

    Enjoy!
