First of all watch all the bitter gourd properly with water and then Peelit.

Now after peeling place side all the bitter gourd and take the rind (chilka)of the bitter gourd and wash it properly again with water.

Now take out all the Rind (chilka)from the water and add 3 tablespoon salt in it. And mix it well. We are adding to much salt because it is very much bitter to taste

After applying salt keep it aside for 6 to 7 hours.

Now take onion and garlic make lightly blind.(Note that we have not to make paste) now take up a pan and add oil in pan and then add onion and garlic blinded paste.and cook it till it colour changes to light pink.

Now in pan add turmeric powder red chilli powder and coriander powder and mix it well again.

Naw take rind (chilka) and press it well so that all the salty water remove out from it.and add it in pan.and mix it well.and now cover it. And cook on low flame for 20-25 minutes.but in middle you can mix it.

Now you can taste rind (chilka)if you need to add salt you can add as your taste.

Now you are recipes ready to eat.
