  • 1 TeaspoonCrushed & Roasted Cumin
  • 1 TeaspoonGaram masala
  • 1/2 TeaspoonBlack pepper
  • 1 TeaspoonSalt
  • Small Handful Chopped Cilantro
  • Small Handful Chopped Mint
  • 2 TablespoonsOil
  • 1.5 CupsWater

    Sub sy phly AP ak Nonstick ka bartan lay us Mein beef add Kary sath Mein papaya paste ginger garlic or green chilli paste b shamil kar Dy.

    Us ke bad AP is Mein yoghurt or fried onion add kar Dy or in sari cheezo ko achi tarha mixed Kary.

    Achi tarha mixed karny ke bad AP is Mein sary spices add kar Dy or sath Mein Hara daniya or podina b shamil kar Dy or 2 Tablespoons Oil dal kar achi tarha phr mixed Kary.

    Ab ye AP par depend ha ke apka ghost ksa ha or AP is Mein kitna Pani add Kary ga Mein yaha par 1.5 cup Pani add kar rhi hon q ke dahi ka Pani b realease hoga.

    Ab AP isko cover kar ke starting Mein High flame par 5 mints ke liye rakh Dy or 5 mints ke bad AP flame ko medium low kar ke 30 mints ke Lia Aram sy pakny Dy.

    30 mints ke bad AP check Kary ke ap ka ghost gal Gaya ha ke nahi agr gal Gaya ha to dobara Pani dalny ki zarort nahi ha or agr nahi gala ha to phr ap.apny hisab sy Pani dal.kar ghost ko gala lay.

  7. 7

    Ab AP is point par flame ko dobara sy high kar lay or isko achi tarha sy bhony 10 mints ke liye.

  8. 8

    Or dosri side par ak coil ko jalny ke Lia rakh Dy.

  9. 9

    10 mints ke bad AP is ghost Mein coil ka smoke De Dy or flame ko off kar ke dishout kar Dy.

  10. 10

    Mein yaha 30 sec ke Lia smoke Dy rhi hon q ke hamary ghr Mein itna he pasnd Kia jata ha agr apko zeyda pasnd ha to AP 45 sec Take ke Lia b smoke Dy skty ha.

  11. 11

    Ab AP isko dishout kar lay or platter ready kar Dy.

  12. 12

    Spicy mazy dar masala Boti platter ready to serve.
