Ingredients

  1. 1 cupChana dal -
  2. 1 cupFresh grated coconut -
  3. 1/2cupKacchi (raw) kairi grated -
  4. 1 tablespoonSugar-
  5. 2 teaspoonSalt -
  6. -2 tablespoonOil
  7. 1 tablesponCoriander leaves -
  8. 1teaspoonMustard seed -
  9. 2 teaspoonJeera- (1 for tadka and 1 for Mixing)
  10. -1 teaspoonTurmeric powder
  11. 1/2teaspoonhing-
  12. -7-8Curry leaves
  13. 5 cupWater -
  14. 4-5Green chilli -

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    Soak Chana dal 1 cup for 6 hours in 5 cup of water

  2. 2

    After 6 hours remove all water

  3. 3

    In that chana dal add salt, sugar, jeera, Green chili and grind in mixer coarsely

  4. 4

    After in that add 1 cup fresh grated coconut, coriander leaves and 1/2 Cup kacchi kairi (Raw kairi)

  5. 5

    Mix thoroughly all ingredients

  6. 6

    Heat pan.after crackling put 2 tablespoon oil and add mustard seeds, jeera, Curry leaves,haldi, hing

  7. 7

    Put this takda mixture in our above Chana dal mixture and mix thoroughly
