Mix egg with ricotta parsley some basil and salt to taste. Put in Fridge

Fry onions on low heat until tiny and browned. Add garlic.

Soak noodles in hot water for 30 minutes

Add beef and brown. Drain oil if any.

Add tomato paste and red pepper flakes and garlic and cook for 2 more minutes.

Add wine/broth tomatoes, basil, oregano. Simmer for 15 minutes to 45 minutes.... Up to you. Might need to add some tomato sauce if it's too dry.

Assemble. Meat sauce, then noodles. Then ricotta, sprinkle mozerella, meat sauce, parm (option). Repeat 2x then top with meat sauce and moz and parm cheese.

Cover with tin foil and bake for 30-45 minutes. (At 190 degrees celcius.) take off foil for last 10-15 min. Lasagne should be boiling at the edges.
