Ingredients

30 minutes
2 Person
  • 1/2 kgbeef
  • Baking Soda (One Pinch)
  • 1/2 table spoonRed chillies
  • 1 tea spoonkashmiri laal mirch
  • 1/2 tea spooncoriander powder
  • 1/2tea spoom cumin
  • 1 Table SpoonChaat Masala
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2medium size lemons
  • 3 table spooncooking oil
  • 1 Table Spoontikka masala

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Take beef in bowl add all the spices and lemon in the beef and mix well now leave the marinated beef in fridge for 2 hours.

  2. 2

    Put oil on tawwaa add marinated beef on tawa and cover the tawwa. Cook the beef on medium flame for 30 minutes.
