Ingredients

15 to 20min
3 people
  • 1/2 kgcleaned Prawns
  • 10-15garlic cloves
  • 1/2lemon sized tamarind
  • 1 bunchcoriander leaves
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/4 tspGaram Masala
  • 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  • 4 tspoil

Steps

15 to 20min
  1. 1

    Grind all the above ingredients by adding little water.

  2. 2

    Marinate prawns with the grounded paste for 15 to 20 mins.

  3. 3

    In a pan add 3 to 4tspn of oil or ghee. Add marinated prawns to the oil and cook for 5 mins on each side.

  4. 4

    Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
