Ingredients

15 minutes
3 servings
  • 500 gramsTomatoes
  • As required Salt
  • As requiredWater
  • 1 tbspCumin seeds
  • 2Cinnamon sticks
  • 1red chilli powder
  • 2Green chillies
  • 1 small Ginger
  • 1 tbspGhee
  • 2cloves
  • 1 tbspButter
  • 1 tbspBlack pepper

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    First of all take one pan add ghee in it. When it's melt add Cinnamon, Cumin seeds,Cloves, Ginger, Chilli in it.

  2. 2

    Wash Tomatoes and cut it. Add tomatoes in Pan. Add salt,Black pepper powder in it. Add little water in it. Mix it well.

    Cook it for 10 minutes. Stir it occasionally. When tomatoes are cook properly turn off the flame.

  4. 4

    Pour the tomato puree in bowl. Add butter in it. Serve with Toast.
