Ingredients

15 mins + marinade time (2 hours to overnight)
2 people
  1. 10lamb cutlets
  2. 100 mlextra virgin olive oil
  3. 2 tspGreek oregano
  4. 4garlic cloves crushed
  5. to tasteSalt and pepper

Steps

15 mins + marinade time (2 hours to overnight)
  1. 1

    Place all the ingredients in a bowl and combine

  2. 2

    Add the lamb cutlets and rub the marinate all over the meat, cover and place in the fridge for at least 1-2 hours. Best to marinate overnight if you can

  3. 3

    Before cooking, take the cutlets out of the fridge and let them sit at room temperature for at least 30 minutes

  4. 4

    Place a skillet on the hob and heat until very hot before adding the cutlets

  5. 5

    Cook for a few minutes on each side

  6. 6

    Before serving sprinkle some more oregano on them and serve with lemon wedges and a Greek salad
