Take all the veggies in a mixing bowl.

Add all dry ingredients. Gather all the mixture and get a dough like mixture.

Take a small portion of the mixture and make a round veggi balls.

Heat oil and deep fry the balls.

Place the fried balls on kitchen towal.

Now make the sauce. In another pan add 1/2 tbsp oil. Add ginger garlic and green chilli.

Stir and saute for a minute. Add all sauces. Stir very well.

Add cornflour, water mixture. When it gets thicker add veggie balls.

Coat the balls with sauce. Switch off the flame.

Serve hot.
