MULAKU CHAMMANTHI(spicy red chilli chutney)

#flavour4
This is all time quick chutney served with rice, kanji, tappiocca in kerala. This is a spicy chutney. This can be prepared without sorting ingredients but it does not last long so it's better to sort lightly in oil.In this you can adjust red chilli .You can use kashmiri chilli for less spice.Th e flavour of coconut oil and shallots gives a different taste when compared to normal chutney.
