Steps

Take a blender add sprouts, ginger garlic, green chillis, basil leaves, coriander.. Grind it to a coarse paste.

Take out the grinded mixture in a bowl.. Add powdered oats, black pepper, salt, amchur powder, coriander mix it well.

Make round balls of the mixture and shape them in a cutlet form.. If you want you can also put a cashew on the top.

Take a pan add oil..once the oil is hot add the cutlets and shallow fry them on medium flame.

Serve it with ketchup or chutney.

They are instant hit with kids.. Enjoy!!!!
