Ingredients

  2. 1/2lamb tripe
  3. 2grated tomatoes
  4. 4 clovesgrated garlic
  5. Spices: 1/2 teaspoon each of:

  8. Paprika
  9. Turmeric
  10. Cinnamon
  11. 2 tablespoonschopped cilantro and parsley
  12. 1/2small cup olive oil
  13. 2 tablespoonstomato paste

Cooking Instructions

    First, boil the tripe in water.

    Soak the beans in water overnight to soften.
