In a mixing bowl add grated cabbage, grated carrot, capsicum. Add salt and paper powder.

Add all-purpose flour, corn flour, green chili paste,ginger garlic paste, soya sauce and vinegar.

Add boiled sweet corn and make a dough.

Heat oil in a pan.

Once oil heated make small size of balls from dough and add in to hot oil.

Fry till golden brown.

Serve hot with ketchup and onion
