Me and my wife once had some amazing reshmi kababs at a famous restaurant since then we are trying to make same reshmi kababs but it never turned out as good as that restaurant. This eid we tried barbecue at home and finally we made it after experimenting it for 13th time. Please note: You need coal grill and skewers to make such a tasty, yummy reshmi kabab.

Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1 cuponion cubes
  2. 1 table spoongreen chillies paste
  3. 1 kgboneless chicken cubes
  4. 1 table spoon ginger garlic paste
  5. 1 table spoonhara danya
  6. Salt as per taste
  7. 1 teaspoonpeper
  8. 1 teaspoonred chilli powder
  9. 1 teaspoonzeera powder
  10. 1 teaspoondanya powder
  11. 4bread slices
  12. Halfcup milk
  13. 2 table spoonoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Take chicken in a chopper and add ginger garlic paste, danya, green chilli,oil,onion and all spices. Chop well until combine

  2. 2

    Take bread slices and soak in milk. Later squeeze out all the milk and mix in chicken mixture.

  3. 3

    Leave it to marinate for half hour.

  4. 4

    Heat coal grill (angheti).

  5. 5

    Take seekh (skewers) and take some mixture in your hand. Adjust the mixture on sekh and make design with your hand by pressing after equal distance

  6. 6

    Cook well after turning in some time.

  7. 7

    Enjoy with naan or paratha.
