1regular pie crust
1 (14 oz)can of sweetened condensed milk
3large eggs
1 tblslime curd
1/4 cupkey lime juice (caution) ⚠️ add curd and juice to 1/4
Zest 1 lime for topping

Preheat to 350 mix all ingredients until completely smooth and blended

Pour into pie crust bake for 32to35 minutes

After completely cooled and chilled cut a slice and top with a little whip cream enjoy

I was an over the road truck driver for over 32 years I have been to every great state we have and 3 Canadian provinces been to Mexico many times and I have EATEN SOME OF THE BEST FOOD KNOWN TO MAN . when I would come home I loved to play in the kitchen ! I am rather good at it too. I also had a wife who was an Exilant cook and fairly good driver she taught me a lot
