Ingredients

20 min
10 ladoo
  • 1 cupDesiccated coconut
  • 1/2 cupCondensed milk / milk Made
  • 4 nosBetel leaves / Paan leaves / Veeledele
  • 4-5 tspGulkand
  • 1 tspGhee few drops green food color optional
  • As required Nuts chopped Desiccated coconut for rolling

Steps

  1. 1

    Take mixer jar and add chopped betel into it after removing center veins.

  2. 2

    Add condensed milk. Grind  to make paste. Put a pan on gas with low flame.

  3. 3

    Add ghee and coconut powder. Roast for 2 minutes and keep stirring.

  4. 4

    Add betel paste into it. Mix well. Add pinch of green food colour.

  5. 5

    Mix well. Keep stirring till mixture become thick and lumpy.

  6. 6

    When it starts to separated from pan then turn off gas.

  7. 7

    Take out in another plate and let it cool down. After little hot, take small lemon size and roll

  8. 8

    Finally, roll the ladoos in some desiccated coconut.
