In a cooker add oil.then add garlic and ginger.saute very well.

Now add onion and cook for five minutes.

Add all spices and mix nicely.

Add tomatoes and cook till masala leave oil.

Now add washed keema and kalegi.mix well.

Then cover the lid and wait for two whistles.

Open the lid and stir it.

Keema is ready to serve.
