First heat milk and add jaggery to it.

As jaggery melts milk may start curdling.

Switch off the flame and let it cool.

In a bowl add wheat flour cardamom powder and knead the dough with jaggery syrup.

Add 1tsp ghee and knead again smoothly.

Let the dough rest for 10mins.

After 10mins divide the dough into two parts

Make a round shape and roll with a rolling pin

Cut with a knife-diamond shape

Put them in a greased baking tray

Bake them in oven @200 for 12-15mins

You can fry them too in hot oil on medium flame *
