The total time of cooking is approximately 2 hours and 20 minute. Apply ghee or oil with brush before taking it off from the grill that will give it tenderness and moist.

Ingredients

  1. 3 kgchicken pieces
  2. 3 tbspnginger&garlic paste
  3. 1 packettikka masala
  4. 3 tbspngreen chillies paste
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 4 tbspnlemon juice
  7. 3 tbspnsoya sauce
  8. 2 tbspnvinegar
  9. 1 tspred chilli powder
  10. 2 tbspnroasted crushed coriander
  11. 2 tbspnroasted crushed Cumin
  12. 1 cupyoghurt
  13. Oil as required

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl add yoghurt,lemon juice,soya sauce, vinegar and 2 tbspn oil.

    Now add ginger and garlic paste, add tikka masala,green chilli paste,salt,red chilli powder, crushed coriander, crushed cumin mix everything well.

    Before adding chicken pieces just taste it and if needed, adjust salt and chili according to your taste.

    Now add the chicken pieces and mix well. Cover and refrigerate overnight. If you are short of time then 2 hours would also do.

    After the chicken is marinated, take out from the refrigerator and put on chicken barbeque rack, or thread the chicken in metal or wooden skewers.

    Grill them on coals, brushing with oil until done. Enjoy with Naan and chutney 🙂

    Note... Chicken Tikka Boti can be made in a pan on stove when done, smoke with a coal and enjoy.
