Brown the Ground Beef in a large pot. Drain and set meat aside. Leave remaining grease in the pot.

Add Onion and Green Pepper. Saute over medium heat until onions are clear.

Add Garlic, Chili Powder, Cumin, Oregano, Salt, and Cayenne. Saute 3 minutes.
- 4
Add remaining ingredients and return meat to the pot. Return to simmer. Reduce heat and simmer at least 30 minutes.
