Sabudana Kheer

Soak Sabudana in water for 30 mins

Add milk in a thick bottom pan
- 3
Boil the milk in medium flame, add soaked sabudana along with water and stir occasionally making sure it doesn't stick to the pan

Do it for 5 minutes until sabudana gets cooked and add sugar to it

Fry cashews, pistas, raisins and almonds in ghee and add it to the pan
- 6
Add cardamom powder to the pan and cook for 20 minutes in a mild flame until the milk gets thicker
- 7
Serve hot or cold
