  1. 1 3/4 cupsround rice (about 350 grams)
  2. 4eggs
  3. 2 ouncesfinely grated Grana Padano cheese (about 60 grams)
  4. Salt for the rice water
  5. 5 tablespoonssunflower oil (not olive oil)
