We Indonesians are very familiar with yellow rice or nasi kuning. Usually, we add plenty of stuff to the rice. I want to make an easy yellow basmati. I thought it would taste great with my stir-fry and some pickles.

Cooking Instructions

Combine all in rice cooker. Stir well.

Press cook and wait until it's ready.

Fluff the rice before serving.
