Churros with Sugar and Nutella
*did not have cinnamon*
Steps

In a saucepan on medium heat, add water, salt, sugar and butter. Once bubbling, stir and bring to boil

Stir in the flour with spatula or wooden spoon while on low heat until mixture forms into ball.

Turn off the saucepan and place aside. Add eggs in 1 at a time, beaten until incorporated well. (I used 2 eggs)

Using a piping bag and nozzle of your choice and place mixture in. In a fryer or saucepan, place oil and heat to 170-180 degrees C.

Once oil is heated, pipe some of the mixture out in strips or swirly designs (use butter knife to slice them apart) and fry until nicely brown.

On a plate, mix 3 tbs of sugar and 2 tbs cinnamon, and dip the churro pieces. Do this until you have finished.

Either using a microwave or cooker, melt some plain chocolate or Nutella to dip and you’re ready to go :)
