Paneer makhni is simple gravy dish. Less ingredients used but it's a very tasty dish. Grilled paneer roundels look stylish.

First of all chop onion and tomatoes roughly. Heat a pan and add water to it. Let it boil. Meanwhile add the roughly chopped onion and tomatoes to it. Add the above-mentioned whole spices and cashew nuts. Cover with lid and let it boil for 10 minutes or until the tomatoes become soft. Then let the mixture cool down. Remove the whole species from it and grind it.

Now strain the mixture for silky smooth gravy. Add butter in pan. Then add ginger garlic paste and powdered masalas as mentioned above and saute well.

Add the gravy to the masala mix. cover and cook for 10 to 15 minutes. Finish with Coriander leaves and kasuri methi.

Cut paneer in roundels. Heat a grill pan and add ghee. Place the paneer roundels and grill them from both sides.

Serve the grilled paneer with gravy.
