Instead of spreading phyllo sheets, I used samosa patti and I rolled up. In original dish, they are using pistachio nuts. I used pistachio, almonds and cashew nuts.

Steps

Spread the sheets. Apply melted butter on that with brush. Sprinkle crushed nuts on that. Roll it and set in greased pan.

Prepare all rolls like this.

Preheat the oven. Set the baklava and bake it on 180 degree for 25 minutes.

Once it is ready, pour the Sugar syrup on the top. Decorate with chopped nuts.

Ready to serve
