Mix the rice with soy sauce and nori flakes

Dice the salmon and cook halfway done

Mix the mayo, chili sauce, cheese and mentaiko in a piping bag

Put the rice in a ovenproof bowl and put the salmon and sauce on top

Blowtorch the sauce until it changes color
