This is made without any nuts but if you want them feel free to add in 1/2 cup diced toasted pecans or walnuts. You could also add in chocolate chips, blueberries or even pumpkin purée for a pumpkin banana bread!

This is made without any nuts but if you want them feel free to add in 1/2 cup diced toasted pecans or walnuts. You could also add in chocolate chips, blueberries or even pumpkin purée for a pumpkin banana bread!

Ingredients

  1. 4extra ripe bananas
  2. 1/3 cupmilk
  3. 2/3 cupsugar (you can use brown sugar for a richer darker banana bread)
  4. 3eggs
  5. 3 tablespoonsvegetable oil
  6. 2and 2/3 cup bisquick
  7. 1/2 teaspoonvanilla

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mash bananas with a fork and mix in eggs, vanilla, milk and oil

  2. 2

    Incorporate the bisquick into the wet mixture and pour in a greased loaf pan. Bake 55-60 minutes or until toothpick comes out mostly clean.
