These are also known as CHAWAL KE FARA. It is usually eaten with coconut & jaggery mixture as the filling or with chana dal mixture. But here I have changed the filling with Chicken mince. We can have this as our main course also #tech1
STEAMED RICE FLOUR PITHA with CHICKEN MINCE
These are also known as CHAWAL KE FARA. It is usually eaten with coconut & jaggery mixture as the filling or with chana dal mixture. But here I have changed the filling with Chicken mince. We can have this as our main course also #tech1
Steps

Make a dough from the rice flour adding a pinch of salt and warm water and keep aside.

Make small balls from the dough and gently press in middle to make a small dent.

Now take small quantity of chicken mince and put it in to center.

Press again gently to make it flat and fold the edge. Shape the edges into a design. (You can shape them into any desired shape or even into balls.)

Steam till done,about 10 mins.

You can steam cook them in your regular electric rice cooker.

Enjoy with tomato ketchup..
