Cooking Instructions

Mix atchieke with water leave it for at least 1minutes and then put it in the microwave for 5 minutes, repeat that 2 to 3 time.

Make the fish ready for the oven, preheat the oven at 350°and then put the fish inside for 15 minutes for each side.

Cut tomatoes, onions 🌰 cucumbers 🥒, put 1 small spoon of salt, 1 small spoon of black pepper and mix them in the small bowl.

Add 10 ml of oil, 1 teaspoon of vinegar and cover it

Cut 5 or more plantainsin a bowl, then put small quantities of oil in the fry pan, put half of plantains in the oil and fry for at least 5 minutes.
