Idli with a twist of mixed veggies
Steps

Take a carrot and blend it in a mixer to a thick paste.

Now blend coriander leaves into a thick paste.

Divide idli batter into three parts.

Mix carrot paste in one part, coriander paste in one part and let the one part be white.

With the small spoon add little batter one over other by step wise, first white, the carrot batter, then coriander batter in idli plate or steamer.

Steam for five minutes or until cooked.
- 7
Serve hot with chutney or idli podi.
