  • Eggs:2
  • 1/3 cupMilk
  • 1-2 dropsVanilla Essence
  • 4 tbspSugar
  • 4-5Bread Slices cut in halves
  • Ghee or Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Warm milk and dissolve sugar in it.

  2. 2

    In a bowl put eggs and whisk them,add sweetened milk,vanilla essence and whisk well.

  3. 3

    In a pan put 2 tbsp ghee,dip bread slices in egg mixture and fry from both sides until golden brown.
