The main technique of cooking is Garb all the ingredients together with measurements on hand as it will be easy while cooking.

Peal & Grate the lauki drop it in cold water.

Take wok add in ghee then squeeze all the water from lauki then pop it all in ghee fry till the smell is disappeared then add milk,desiccated coconut powder stirr well next pop in all the ingredients cardamom powder, condensed milk, khoya,green food colour.

Let it cook for 5 minutes more then till it’s all gathered & ghee separates fry it then off the stove & it’s ready garnish it with almonds & pistachios as per your choice.serve it warm or cold it’s as desired..!
