Ingredients

  • Lamb meat
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • Seasoning
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • White and black pepper
  • Chilli powder
  • Curry
  • Oregano
  • Lemon juice

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients in a bowl to make a paste

  2. 2

    Marinate the meat in the mixture for like 30mins

  3. 3

    Put grill pan on the stove, and arrange the meat on the pan. Cook on low heat. Turn on both sides untill done
