Three Cup Chicken (Chicken Breast)

Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. Marinate with rice wine and black pepper; set aside.

Heat a pan and add sesame oil. Sauté the ginger slices, garlic, and chili pepper until fragrant, then add the chicken breast and sear.

When all sides of the chicken turn white, add the remaining seasonings. Simmer until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce thickens.

Add the Thai basil and stir-fry briefly. Remove from heat and serve.
