Stir-Fried Mixed Phở

You can enjoy this dish in two different ways: soft stir-fried phở or crispy pan-fried phở.
Initially, I planned to stir-fry only shrimp and squid, but I worried it wouldn't be enough, so I added some sausage and bacon from the fridge. It turned out great, and we finished it all. I guess we don't eat much! 🤣

Steps
- 1
Clean the shrimp and peel them. Clean the squid and cut into bite-sized pieces. Lightly fry the sausage and bacon. Wash the vegetables and remaining ingredients.
- 2
Sauté the garlic and onion until fragrant, then stir-fry the shrimp and squid. Season with 2 tablespoons oyster sauce, 2 tablespoons chili sauce (adjust spiciness to taste), 1 teaspoon seasoning powder, and a pinch of sugar to taste. Once the shrimp and squid are just cooked, add the carrot, cut Chinese broccoli, onion, sausage, and bacon. Finally, add the phở noodles and stir well.
- 3
You can enjoy the phở noodles slightly crispy by pan-frying them until golden, then topping with the stir-fried ingredients.
- 4
Serve on a plate with soy sauce and chili sauce. Enjoy!
