Ingredients

  • Potatoes
  • Preboiled Cowpeas
  • Spring onion, salt, oil & water

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry onion till golden brown

  2. 2

    Add pilled potatoes and cook for a fw minutes

  3. 3

    Add the preboiled cowpeas

  4. 4

    Add enough water to boil

  5. 5

    When ready, mash and serve
