Clean the bunch of Keerai and cut it finely

Pour little oil and put Jeera, crushed garlic and red chillies
- 3
Saute for few seconds and add the Thandu Keerai and give it a nice mix,cook it for 5 mins in the pan open

You can add the grated Coconut, Now the Keerai Poriyal is ready to be served with steamed rice and curry.

Note: This recipe is a good combo for sambar rice
