Knead the dough by add very small pinch of salt and water. Nothing to be added more

Take another bowl mix 2 tablespoon of oil and 2 tablespoon of maida. Now make small balls of dough

Take one ball and roll it. Without using flour. Use oil if needed. Apply flour and oil mixture into it

Now cut it into stirps. Stretch each strip than join all and make a round roll

Now roll it lightly. Use oil if needed.

Now take a frying pan, heat oil to fry this. Use tongs to open it lightly. Fry it on low flame. Fry till it be golden brown

Drain the excess oil from Satpura. Let them cool down. Than sprinkle sugar on it. Satpura is ready to serve
