  1. 1/2 cupovernight soaked sabudana pearls
  2. 1/2 cupcurd
  3. 1 cupmango pulp
  4. 1small banana(optional)
  5. as per tasteSugar
  6. Pinchblack pepper
  7. as requiredFew ice cubes
  8. as requiredMilk or water depending on consistency you want
  9. as requiredShredded coconut, few chopped nuts for serving

  1. 1

    Wash sabudana in clean running water and soak it overnight

  2. 2

    In a blender add 1/2cup soaked sabudana/sago, 1/2cup curd, 1 cup mango pulp, 1 small banana(optional), sugar as per taste, a pinch of black pepper,few ice cubes and blend to a smooth paste..Add water/milk depending on consistency you require.

  3. 3

    Serve cold with shredded coconut, chopped nuts and 1 tsp of soaked sabudana and enjoy this refreshing drink.
