Wash sabudana in clean running water and soak it overnight

In a blender add 1/2cup soaked sabudana/sago, 1/2cup curd, 1 cup mango pulp, 1 small banana(optional), sugar as per taste, a pinch of black pepper,few ice cubes and blend to a smooth paste..Add water/milk depending on consistency you require.

Serve cold with shredded coconut, chopped nuts and 1 tsp of soaked sabudana and enjoy this refreshing drink.
